We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in a tea/coffee manufacturing unit.he role involves managing workers, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, monitoring packing operations, and ensuring hygiene and safety compliance on the factory floor.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations

• Supervise daily tea/coffee blending, processing, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
• Monitor machine operations and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Workforce Management

• Handle operators, helpers, packing staff, and contract labour.
• Allocate manpower shift-wise based on production requirements.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity on the floor.
• Train workers on SOPs, hygiene, safety, and production methods.

Quality & Hygiene

• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor cleanliness of machines, blending areas, and packing zones.
• Coordinate with QC team for batch approvals and sampling.
• Ensure correct batch coding, sealing, and packaging standards.

Inventory & Coordination

• Coordinate with stores for raw material and packing material availability.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and rejection/wastage reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for finished goods movement.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Maintain compliance with factory rules and food manufacturing standards.

Pay: ₹10,980.59 - ₹27,407.73 per month
