Prophunt LLP is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive Intern for our office in Baner, Pune.

This is a 3-month internship opportunity for candidates who want to build a practical career in digital marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing. Based on performance, consistency, learning ability, and contribution during the internship, the candidate may be offered a PPO/full-time opportunity with Prophunt LLP.

As a Digital Marketing Executive Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team and support daily digital marketing activities for real estate campaigns, social media promotions, lead generation campaigns, and online brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support social media marketing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Help create captions, ad copies, content ideas, and campaign concepts.
• Assist in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads related activities.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, banners, reels, and ad visuals.
• Help track leads, campaign performance, and basic marketing reports.
• Support website, landing page, and CRM-related marketing activities.
• Research competitors, real estate market trends, and audience behavior.
• Learn and support SEO, content marketing, and online promotion activities.
• Maintain daily marketing task updates and follow instructions from the team.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Good communication and writing skills in English.
• Interest in social media, paid ads, content creation, and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to learn performance marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a positive learning attitude.
• Ability to work from office and complete assigned tasks on time.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Elementor, Google Sheets, or AI tools.
• Interest in real estate marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, or Google Ads.
• Experience in creating captions, reels, or social media content.
