About the Role

Riddix Academy is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our DJ and Music Production courses, and help them take the next step toward their music career.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through advertisements and marketing campaigns.
• Explain course details, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Understand student requirements and provide suitable course recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
• Build positive relationships with potential students and parents.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
• Good listening and objection-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
