Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting statutory compliance. The role involves managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, marketplace accounting, reconciliations, revenue assurance, and tax filings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable (AR)
· Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable process across all sales channels.
· Conduct revenue assurance reviews to ensure accuracy of recorded revenue.
· Perform reconciliation of marketplace and B2B receivables, ensuring timely collections and dispute resolution.
2. Revenue Assurance
· Review sales data from all offline and online channels to identify gaps, mismatches, or revenue leakages.
· Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketplace partners to validate revenue entries.
3. Accounts Payable (AP)
· Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.
· Ensure accurate accounting of marketplace expenses, commission charges, and related payouts.
· Handle accounting for Amazon aggregators, commission expenses, and settlement adjustments.
4. Control Accounts & Reconciliations:
· Perform GR/IR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) reconciliation and follow up on pending items.
· Carry out GDNA reconciliation (Goods Delivered Not Acknowledged) and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.
· Manage accrual of expenses and periodic reconciliation of accrual balances.
5. Tax Compliance:
· Ensure timely and accurate GST filing, reconciliation, and resolution of mismatches.
· Handle TDS/TCS computation, deposit, and return filing as per statutory timelines.
· Maintain tax compliance documentation and support audits or assessments when required.
Skills and Competencies
· Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS/TCS).
· Experience with marketplace accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and B2B settlements.
· Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
· CA Inter / CMA / ICWA final completed preferred
· 4-7 years of relevant experience in accounting, reconciliation, and tax compliance

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
