Graphic Designer – Fresher / Experienced

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in printing operations or related fields preferred.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar software.
• Understanding of social media creatives, branding, brochures, posters, banners, and digital marketing materials.
• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and modern design trends is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or motion graphics will be considered a plus.
• Creative thinking with good visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new design techniques.

Terms and Conditions:

• Candidate should be willing to learn and adapt to company standards and workflows.
• Initial 3 months will be considered as a training/orientation period.
• Employee should meet the expected quality standards and project deadlines.
• Relevant portfolio, internship certificates, or academic project work can be submitted.
• Offer letter and company agreements must be signed upon joining.
• Passport with minimum 2 years validity is preferred.
• Candidate should be open to traveling to other locations, including foreign countries, if required.

Salary:

• ₹2,50,000 to ₹4,00,000 per year (based on skills and performance)
