Job Description

We are looking for Electrical engineering field candidates to join our team for the installation and service of solar on-grid power plants. The role involves assisting in site work, system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission solar on-grid power plants
• Perform routine maintenance and service activities
• Support troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at all sites

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical or related field
• Maximum 1 year of electrical experience
• Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licenses
• Experience in driving is required
• Candidates residing near Tripunithura are preferred
• Own two-wheeler is preferred

Starting Salary
Deputy Project Engineer (ITI Fresher) - 12,000/-
Electrician (1 year experienced in solar installation) - 15,000/- (salary increment upto 17,000/- based on performance)

Assistant Project Engineer (Diploma Fresher) - 15,000/-
Electrical Technician (Diploma + 1 year experienced in solar installation & service) - 17,000/-(salary increment upto 25,000/- based on performance)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
