Responsibilities

• The Sales Representative is primarily responsible for quoting and closing insurance policies for leads received via phone and via CRM (digital submission)
• Handle inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding customers through the sales process, including coverage options, policy terms and pricing
• Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns and objections
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products to maximize customer value across Our Products and Services
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Utilize our technology systems, including quoting software, agency management software, and payment software
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with leadership, team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• All other duties as assigned
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30pm-4:30am

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
