I have been working at EY full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Fantastic people culture that makes you stay here forever. As our leaders say - if you are here for a job, this is not the right place. If you are here for a career, this is ultimate place. EY has the most diversive work force one can ever think of.

    Cons

I cannot think of any downside of working here.

I worked at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The potential for growth is impressive.
No matter where you come from they will make you a true professional.
The amount and efforts firm spends for learning and development of people is remarkable.

    Cons

Work life balance is really really bad.
Bad behaviour by managers is pretty often, so its luck if you get a good manager but if you dont this place is not worth it

    Advice to Management

Checking behaviour of managers is critical now.
Firm should respect loyalty and should not let good people leave over pay issues
