Job Summary
A Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming patients and visitors, handling registrations, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.
* Register new patients and update patient information in the hospital system.
* Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments.
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
* Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient appointments and admissions.
* Handle billing-related queries and collect payments when required.
* Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
* Manage reception desk operations and waiting area.
* Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation.
* Handle patient complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management Software).
* Customer service orientation.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Professional appearance and behavior.
* Strong organizational skills.
Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Experience in hospital, clinic, or customer service roles is an advantage.
* Knowledge of hospital procedures and patient handling is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
