Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
2. Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
3. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts. Ensure projects are
completed within budget constraints.
4. Create and share procurement indent to procurement teams per drawings and project
requirements
5. Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of
milestones and deliverables.
6. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and manage
project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and complies with regulations
and codes. Conduct quality inspections and manage quality control processes.
8. Manage contract agreements, change orders, and claims.
9. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior
management. Provide project updates, reports, and presentations as needed.
10. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on construction sites. Ensure
compliance with safety regulations and standards.
11. Identify and address project issues, conflicts, and challenges. Develop solutions to keep
the project on track and resolve any issues that arise.
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
