Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Website Developer who can manage both front-end and back-end development while ensuring our websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, secure, and optimized for performance. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete website development lifecycle, from design implementation to server-side functionality and ongoing maintenance.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Development

• Develop responsive and mobile-friendly website interfaces.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
• Ensure excellent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Improve website accessibility, usability, and visual appeal.
• Maintain consistent branding and design standards across websites.

Back-End Development

• Develop and maintain website databases, APIs, and server-side applications.
• Integrate third-party tools, CRM systems, payment gateways, and other web services.
• Ensure website security, data protection, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Website Performance & Maintenance

• Optimize website speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Monitor website uptime and functionality.
• Conduct regular updates, backups, and security checks.
• Identify opportunities for website improvements and feature enhancements.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with management, marketing, and design teams.
• Suggest innovative features and improvements to enhance user engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Design.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Laravel, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with WordPress and custom website development.
• Understanding of website hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and server management.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX design principles.
• Experience building business, e-commerce, and lead-generation websites.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms and web security best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
