Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centric designs for web and mobile applications
• Experience - 3+yrs
• Design intuitive and visually engaging dashboards for data visualization and reporting
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Design visually appealing UI components and layouts
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams
• Maintain consistency through design systems and style guides2
• Improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
• Ensure responsive and accessible design standards
• Create design assets, icons, and illustrations as required
• Work closely with developers for smooth design handoff and implementation

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Experience in dashboard design and data visualization
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
• Ability to translate business requirements into design solutions
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
• Experience with animation or motion design
• Familiarity with usability testing tools
• Experience designing SaaS platforms or analytics dashboards
