Key Responsibilities:
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials including cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, hardware, HVAC, and finishing materials.
Maintain proper inward/outward material records, stock registers, GRN, gate pass, and inventory documentation.
Verify quantity and quality of materials received from vendors/suppliers.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/procurement team for timely replenishment.
Control material wastage, damage, and pilferage at the construction site.
Ensure timely availability of materials to civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports for management.
Maintain records in ERP systems, inventory software, or MS Excel.
Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure proper material accountability.
Ensure store housekeeping, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
Required Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory management software.
Experience:
Minimum 10-15years of experience in store management for mall, hotel, commercial building, high-rise building, or large construction projects.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
