Role & Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end project management for a state-of-the-art medical college and hospital facility.
Oversee site execution, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure seamless delivery.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site engineers to maintain strict quality and safety standards.
Manage project budgets, cost controls, and statutory compliance specific to healthcare and educational infrastructure.

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Post-graduation in Construction Management is a plus).
Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in project management, specifically with hospitals, medical colleges, or large institutional buildings.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
