Production Planning & Control

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
• Ensure production targets and shipment deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor line balancing and production efficiency.

Manufacturing Supervision

• Supervise sewing lines and factory floor operations.
• Ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Minimize production delays and downtime.
• Optimize machine and manpower utilization.

Team Management

• Lead supervisors, line leaders, operators, and workers.
• Train employees on production processes and safety.
• Maintain discipline and employee motivation..

Inventory & Materials Coordination

• Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for raw materials.
• Ensure availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Prevent shortages affecting production schedules.

Reporting

• Prepare production reports and efficiency analysis.
• Update management regarding output, delays, and quality issues.
• Analyze KPIs such as:
• Production efficiency
• DHU (Defects per Hundred Units)
• Line productivity
• Rejection percentage

Educational Qualification

Experience

• Typically 1–2 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
• Experience in woven, knit, or denim production preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
