I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cygnet (Derby, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
very good process, felt very comfortable and like they really were looking for excellent employees.
i was asked a massive range of questions and was asked to provide a lot of examples of my previous experience.
Cygnet have supported me as a clinician, developed my skills and invested in me personally and professionally. I have worked for Cygnetfor 7 years and they are really a values based company who 'live' the values created for the company by the frontline staff. I have had the best 7 years of my 32 year career with Cygnet and currently have a gift of a job contributing and devloping all new grdauate nurses Cygnet recruits. The investment in them and our new precptrship programme has only deepened my pride and belief in Cygnet Health Care as a great choice for new nurses to start thier career with.
Cons
Cygnet are working at getting better at offering flexible hours and a clearly defined career pathway for new nurses, it is there but not as defined and divers as it needs to be.
