Interview was easy. They liked me in the first one itself and finalised my appointment but were not ready to give the offer letter, wanted me to be at their depot to verify right to work. I asked for an conditional offer letter in this case, wanted to secure a place near the location since it was a rural location. No proper communication, no one responding well, not replying for weeks, said will look into this matter, and did not respond for weeks even after my regular checks, at the end withdrew the offer reasoning that i did not come. No proper communication. Lack of empathy.
