Working at Extendicare is like being in a family with lots of love .... we all work together as a team and work the hardest to make our residents comfortable and happy. Most residents that come to nursing homes don't want to be there they want to be in their homes....so that is why everyone joins together to figure out how and what our residents need to be happy in our home.
