MNP is most likely the only accounting firm that prioritizes it's work culture and team dynamic to the extent it does. There's always a friendly, highly competent colleague available to provide help when needed.
The interview for the position is easy-going and to the point; the interviewers do a fantastic job of creating an environment where one can be themselves while proving their competency. The onboarding is not as easy, however they present the training with every learning format possible. This has made it remarkably easy to revise content and get ahead of the onboarding agenda with full understanding. I believe this company is the perfect fit for those motivated to learn and support a fun, progressive work culture.
