I applied online. I interviewed at Ansys (Pittsburgh, PA)

    Interview

I recently went through the interview process for a FullStack Software Engineer Internship at Ansys. Initially, I was excited to apply for the position because it aligned well with my technical skills and career goals. After submitting my application online, I received a confirmation email and waited for the next step. Soon after, I received a call from a recruiter for a brief phone interview. During the call, the recruiter asked me about my experience and why I was interested in the position. I answered confidently and felt that the recruiter was impressed with my responses. Next, I was asked to complete a technical assessment, which consisted of a coding challenge. I spent several hours working on the challenge and submitted my solution. Although it was challenging, I felt confident that I had done well. A few days later, I received an invitation for an interview with the hiring manager for the internship. During the interview, we talked about my experience, technical skills, and what I hoped to achieve in the role. I was impressed with the manager's knowledge and approachable demeanor. Finally, I was invited for a final interview with a panel of team members from different departments in the company. It was a nerve-wracking experience, but I tried to stay calm and answer all their questions to the best of my ability. Thankfully, a few days later, I received an offer to join Ansys as a FullStack Software Engineer Intern. I was thrilled to accept and am looking forward to starting in the role soon. Overall, the interview process was intense but rewarding and helped me to realize that Ansys is an excellent company to work for.
