You would be surprised to know that 95% of the candidates get rejected on the very first question because they fail to create an impression. We are able to help students self-improve through Autogram and really prepare them for placements and interviews.
Autogram is an HR Technology startup founded by alumni of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad in the year 2017. The mission of Autogram is to empower students by helping them create a personality profile while applying to Jobs, B-Schools, or any organization. It allows the companies to look beyond the candidate's resume, by allowing the students to create a Video Resume, showcasing their talent, personality and communication skills in addition to the CV.
In the very first year of our operations, we saw a huge acceptance of such a platform by both organizations and students. Today, there are more than 20,000 students from India and Singapore who have created their Personality Profile. This not only helped them get a job, but it also helped them in cracking the tricky job interviews. Today, we are working with 40+ companies. Students saw a significant improvement in their confidence level after practicing on Autogram
