Hi All, I attended Deloitte interview on 4th Dec . There were two rounds (technical and Managerial). Then in evening I got pre-hire survey mail and they were asking for pay slips, resume , Adhar etc. I sent it. In Managerial round only they asked me about expeced salary as I told him that I already have an offer of 7.5 LPA. So, what's there after this survey ? Will there be any HR round ? What's there in the next step?

Hi All, My sister has cleared all the rounds in Accenture. HR contacted her today to negotiate the salary. My sister asked for 8LPA FP. HR said the max fixed pay they could offer is 7.5LPA. My sister told she would think and get back in few minutes. Within 5 minutes, HR moved the candidature status to “on hold” due to budget constraints. None of the HRs are answering the calls. What can i expect? TIA I am feeling worse as i advised my sister to tell HR that she would get back. :(

I have 2 offers in hand 1 Infosys Permanent work from home OFFER - 9 lpa JB - 2 Lakh 2 Cloudemoyo Permanent work from home OFFER - 15 lpa YOE - 6.8 wich company should I join. I am little worried about cloudmoyo that will they be with their word for PWFH as company is from Pune and I am from Mumbai. Please help.
