    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concerto Software (Mumbai) in January 2020.

    Interview

    So the drive started on Jan4,2020 at Concerto Software, Mahape (Navi Mumbai) office for Freshers (Batch1 - 9:30 to 11:30) and Experienced (Batch2- 11:30-13:30).
    The Position was open for BE/B.Tech, B.Sc(Specialization in Computer)

    During the orientation and briefing the instructor first introduced about the policies and terms about the candidate they seek to hire then about the process of recruitment drive.

    The policies were:-
    1. Training Agreement of 3 years(where they ask for a security check of 2.50L)
    2. Chances of being relocated to the Client Side Location anywhere in Maharashtra or inside/outside India.
    3. Salary offered to BE/B.Tech was 2.8L and B.Sc was 2.5L

    Later to which they informed that the drive will be 2-day process
    Day 1: Computer Based Aptitude(Logical, Quant and Verbal) and Technical Round.
                    The Aptitude Section was Objective MCQ round with Adaptive nature where the next question is based on correctness of previous question which lasted for 60 mins.
                   The Technical Section was a programming round where just the logic behind the program needed to be written in editor and for 3 Programs 30 mins were given.

    Day 2: On Day 2, multiple F2F rounds were conducted. 2 Technical and 1 HR.
                   The First Technical was easy and the questions asked Logical and from C programming. In Second Technical, the VP of company asked questions from Resume, and mid-level questions from programming and a couple of logical questions too. Finally in HR round the Senior HR reconfirmed if the candidate is fine with the Policies of Company, asked the expectations of candidate and some other general questions.
