EPAM is the worst company I've ever worked with. You are sent as a senior developer in client project but inside client you'll be doing monitoring. I feel so sad i spent so much of hours of interview prep and this is what you get in terms of work.

Those having joining letter of epam, think twice before joining. EPAM is not having enough projects for everyone to onboard into. Most service based companies tries to get as many as clients they can but EPAM does opposite. They charge clients more than other IT mncs and mostly fails in client bidding. Now EPAM has put hiring on hold at Global Level and have started clearning bench to avoid cost. I don't think EPAM can survive long in the market with kind of strategies they are using.
