Description FileNet gives overworked brains an alternate location for data storage. The company is a leading provider of data and content management software for managing and sharing information across corporate networks and the Internet. Its P8 products include separate content, Web content, business process, and image management applications. Other products include workflow and Web services tools as well as reporting and document capture software. Services such as consulting, tech support, and training are also offered. In October 2006 the company was acquired by IBM for about $1.6 billion.
