The company's product design and engineering services include industrial and mechanical design and prototyping, primarily of cell phones. FIH also repairs and refurbishes the wireless handsets and other consumer electronics that it manufactures. The company has served some of the top names in the technology industry, including Apple, Dell, Nokia, and Sony. Leading global contract electronics manufacturer Hon Hai Precision Industry owns more than 70% of FIH.
