Description Some black gold is sold on property owned by Getty Realty. The self-administered real estate investment trust (REIT) owns and leases more than 1,100 gas service stations, adjacent convenience stores, and petroleum distribution terminals. They are located primarily in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, but also in about 10 additional states scattered throughout the US; New York is the company's largest market.
