Incapital is into bonds. The company underwrites fixed-income corporate paper and structured investment products under the InterNotes and DirectNotes brands, and sells them to individual and institutional investors through more than 900 brokerages and banks in the US, Europe, and Asia. It also distributes US government agency securities and municipal bonds and makes markets for bank CDs. Incapital's structured products include fixed-income securities and CDs whose performance is linked to that of certain stocks, commodities, currencies, or other assets. The company has offices in Boca Raton, Florida; Chicago; and London. Incapital acquired UK-based Blue Sky Asset Management in 2010.
