I worked at Logitech (More than 3 years)
A lot of room to design your own career (but you have to do it yourself), benefits from a large company while still keeping a small company culture, freedom in working from home as long as you deliver targets.
High shareholder/stock price focus, sometimes a little conservative in dealing with employees.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Logitech (Chennai) in December 2015.
This was for an internship. There were two rounds. The first round was aptitude consisting of quantitative aptitude, verbal ability and Logical reasoning. The second round was a personality test.
"As a company, we want to leave our mark. We know that mark can be positive or negative, depending on the decisions we make every day. Our commitment to shaping a better world is a core value that we care deeply about."
