Need some career advice . Y.O.E -1 CTC-7 LPA I have been working as tester both manual and automatic for last 1 year. I am hating it. Client gave opportunity to become developer but manager refused to let me go unless I spend 18 months in current role. I want to become developer and reach above 20LPA asap. I am moderately good in DSA, learning Spring and Microservice. I am not getting any calls because of 90 days notice period and testing background. How do I get out of this black hole?

Hi all, I'm working in TCS on a basis of one year bond. So if I am leaving TCS and to serve the notice period, should I complete the entire one year or can we put the paper on the 9th month itself. Please guide me.

Hi , I joined Larsen & Toubro Infotech 3 days back but now got better offer in terms of CTC and location from Mindtree . Can I deny to LTI that I will not do continue or would need to serve three months notice ? Or how it would be ? Would it be abscond ? Till now no manager contacted with me from LTI and laptop didn't get delivered yet too. Kindly suggest.
