We are on an ongoing mission to help makers actualize through the power of effective talent acquisition methodologies and the power of creating technology to either automate processes and, why not? Impact the world in a positive way with digital solutions.
NTD Software is a Mexican company founded in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco also nicknamed “the silicon valley of Mexico” by Talent Acquisition and Technology Experts, by combining both sides of the operation, we manage to staff the right people and develop digital solutions with legacy or state of the art programming languages and frameworks.
Our core business is software development from scratch and staff augmentation, by being masters in these two lines of business we manage to work with startups or enterprise companies from all around the world.
The trigger to start the company was the amount of technical debt our founders experienced in all the projects that they were part of, and guess what? It pissed them off every time as clients usually ended up paying for code refactor, and almost never they were completely happy with what the deliverables of whom they worked with.
We truly believe in hiring for culture rather than purple squirrels. NTD’s vision is to impact the industry in focusing on leveraging technology by setting the example of how companies can hire and grow their talent without loosing the human factor.
By treating talent as people rather than resources we have managed to maintain a healthy and productive culture.
