I worked at Plusnet full-time (Less than a year)
For a call center, the pay is good (compared to others), you get free meals in the form of rich sandwiches and fruits, free parking, career improvement in different units
favoritism: They only select those whom they want to be in the morning shift.
sometimes they serve fruits that have gone off.
Some of the team leaders are not skilled in the area they manage!
Advice to Management
Thee should be a level playing field with regards to those who want to work in the morning shift. when electing team leaders, pick team leaders with the skills and knowledge required for that team
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Plusnet.
Online application followed by a 45 min phone interview and 30 mins face to face interview. Had to wait for the face to face interview as the interviewers weren't aware that interview is taking place that day!! But otherwise it was a friendly easy interview
