Using an automated process, the company processes manufacturer and other types of coupons on behalf of more than 20,000 US grocery stores, pharmacies, and other retailers. Prologic sorts, scans, tabulates, and distributes coupons for redemption; it also creates reports that help customers keep track of the process. Some of the company's customers have included Kroger, Winn-Dixie, and CVS. The company is owned by investment firm Marlin Equity Partners.
