I worked at SimCorp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good staff care, package is ok, offices good. Lack of micro management is good.

    Cons

Lots of travel. Low salary for industry. No progress and the senior management team dont really have a strategy or knowledge of the industry that they work in. Heavy fire culture in UK and US whilst no fire culture in Germany or Denmark.

    Advice to Management

Have a clear focused strategy and execute it. Hold middle management accountable for delivering it.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SimCorp.

    Interview

Original contact came through a recruiter. The first part consisted of a 45 minute face to face with HR and a technical supervisor, Next phase was a more extensive and more technical interview on site. The interview process was less technical than other interviews, but still challenging. Company seems to be very people driven.
