T&R Properties was founded by P. Ronald Sabatino in 1983 with a focus on residential real estate development including multi-family, single-family, and condominium homes. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to include development and management of mixed-use and commercial projects as well.
With over 100 associates and real estate holdings of over 30 projects, T&R has a well-earned reputation for quality developments in exceptional communities throughout the Midwest. We rent and manage large scale apartment communities throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. To date, over 4,000 units are under our management, and we are responsible for the day-to-day operations of all our properties.
