Once a year, we "request" our developers to book the flight and spend time with friends and families! We pay for their enjoyment! Life is one, build meaningful products, and have fun! One day we all gonna leave the earth!

TechUp Labs encourages every one of our employees to keep learning for a lifetime. The company reimburses the full amount of any advanced level course that employees will complete with flying colors!
Big party once a year!
Working Remote for the whole year - we would love to meet in person at least once a year. We set the location and invite everybody to stay for a day or two and spend re-creation time with everyone in the company.
