Versatile Systems develops marketing and supply chain distribution software for the transportation and consumer packaged goods industries. The company also sells mobile business hardware compatible with its Mobiquity suite of software. Customers include Albertson's, Kellogg, Michaels, Nordstrom, Ocado, and Publix Super Markets. In 2008 Versatile Systems acquired Sagent Solutions, a systems integrator based in Somerset, New Jersey, helping the company expand into the financial services industry. While headquartered in Canada, Versatile Systems gets most of its revenues in the US, with some customers in Canada, France, and the UK.
