Pros
Decent company culture with some nice perks. There’s a gym in the basement, good benefits, profit-sharing bonus, some opportunity for advancement.
Cons
The wrong people are either hired (outside hires) or are promoted, so you get a lot of “yes people”, who are blindly loyal to the people in authority above them. Some managers are not the right fit for the department. Management seems to be evolving into more micro-management. Salary is low for the industry. The company is going through a lot of changes and the culture is suffering. Too many new hires for important roles just seem to be from companies the CEO used to work for, showing no loyalty or incentive for those who have been here the longest and deserve a shot. Rules are not applied equally across the board, like having a camera on during meetings that do not apply to the employee.
