No Pros at all. Everything right from Projects, People, HR, Managers are terrible.

Everything right from Projects, People, HR, Managers are terrible. A lot of politics, All support projects and No growth at all. The tech stack is very outdated and useless to work.

Best 'Employee Centric Policies' to support employee on every possible level.

Cons

"Design Leader is not from Design background." He is playing management tricks to mentally harass senior/old members and provoking to resign so he can get his people to run the design department. This approach has impacted on earlier good culture and the quality of design work. Despite company (Group, headquarter) creating Employee Centric policies to make a better place to work but at department level management politics is ruining the quality & structure of designStudio, Pune, India. Many High Quality Designers left as management is focusing on quantity rather than Quality and also promoting favouritism & groupism to control in wrong way.
