You can be decent at your job and getting the numbers then the system starts allowing voicemails at an alarming rate. My numbers were average, however, once getting over to Intent the meeting fell through and I did not get paid, nor any help in getting my Meetings scoped. AJ blamed customers saying “buyers are liars” which is a nice way to say that the customer is a piece of s***. In the end, I was let go along with half my training group when we were on our 4th day out of training and in our first week of “nesting” (the day after Thanksgiving, mind you.) They also call you “family” from day 1. (Always a Red Flag)

Pretending that they're for the employees AND the "Fake Positivety." KNOWING that it's the employees having to go through the mental torture everyday! Not them. They only care about sales and not about pulling employees aside just to see if they're doing ok! (Being hung up and cursed out EVERYDAY is not good for your mental) They only do that to see why your sales are low! And making it a competition!! They shouldn't applaud one and not the other. Encourage everyone, not just the favs!! John Hall with all his fake optimism is about to have a meltdown with some of those huddle meetings! And Micheal McCue is RIGHT BEHIND HIM!! It's alot of manipulation tactics they use at this company. OAN: Michael was right, ppl tend to quit within 3 weeks there!! After seeing the route they were going that's when I dipped! TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES FAIRLY!!
