      The pros are only thing is Chris who was trainer for com was good

      Cons

      1. No proper cabs. Guy comes 2 hours before shift and stand. Sometimes they leave and go 2. Walmart process which is one of the worst process never join Walmart process. 3. They terminate employees within 2 weeks if you don't clear the assessment. 4. No job security. 5.No proper management. 6. Trainer not good. 7.Training material not upto the mark. 8. They don’t give you another chance. 9. No proper canteen.

      TL's are supportive and helpful

      1. Manager don't know the process how it runs and give lame excuses. 2. They say that they'll give incentives but I've in that company for 2 years and never got any incentives. Even on the day of releasing my employment they gave fake assurance. 3. If employee wanted to just get salary and go you can join. But if you wanted to grow in career better choose a different. 4. One of the worst organisations where you cannot trust on managements words. Though asked for written email never got.
