      Don't bother, everyone is trying to quit

      Pros

      Good apparel and compression. Good discount for staff and for family and friends. They sometimes offer a lunch time fitness session, and have afternoon teas.

      Cons

      No career development at all. CEO and higher management have their own agenda and can not be trusted at all. They don't care about their staff, and are well known for underpaying and no pay rises - even if you've been there for years. All staff are constantly on edge they're going to be made redundant, and are always talking about how bad the place is and how it's falling apart. They are prepping to go public as well. Wouldn't recommend working here, they have no idea what they're doing.

      Everyone is trying to quit. This place functions as favoritism when it comes to the pay they offer. They don't believe in raises!!! No one knows who 2xu is because they don't want to invest in proper marketing resources! They will literally hire people on the spot - so if you're desperate and want to get hired that same day, come right on over the job is yours. No room for growth, The company has no directions & no upward mobility even after years of being in CA
