      * Lack of resources, to succeed here you really need initiative and scrappiness. * No ironed out processes

      - Great culture including virtual hangouts, monthly bar visits, and general awesome vibes. - Smart, scrappy team that provides great growth opportunities. - Empowering work environment to run with new ideas and campaigns, with the support of the best software solutions and newest Mac or PC tech for us to increase productivity and ROI. - Valuable, in-demand product(s) solving unique, problems for industries just now experiencing big-tech disruption. - Love the current office perks, including a basketball court, full gym, and more in the building.

      Cons

      - Being a small, scrappy startup means being frugal with budget in certain areas. That means no current 401K plan and basic office equipment.

      Pros

      Incredible people and work environment. I really can't express how much it meant to have not just a job, but a family to work with. They really care about you as a person and have your best interests at heart. I learned a LOT of really valuable skills while I worked there.

      Cons

      As a start-up, there are lots of ups and downs, especially given today's economy and what's been happening with the Coronavirus. Nothing that can really be done about it unfortunately, but the company has been doing their best to keep moving forward.
