Pros
Company seems to be growing and has really great potentials. There were lots of problems because of poor management but they appear to have gotten rid of the guy who was the achilles heel of the company.
Cons
Kyle Aulerich who was the COO was not a good person and was very poorly running the company. Fortunately the CEO took up the slack. Other than that, there was some extra time involved and communicating with the office in India was sometimes hard.

Pay is slightly less You might need to work extra hours but that does not happen too often
