      Strong team environment with very involved leadership. Incredible opportunity to work closely with seasoned executives who take interest in their team.

      Pros

      Owners are engaged with all of the staff and listen to feedback. All of the staff have strong morals which is not always the case in the consulting and staffing industry. Very positive environment and the company has been rapidly expanding into new specialties which keeps it fresh. Everyone is very sharp.

      Cons

      Keeping up with the pace can be stressful at times.
