      Pros

      Pros would be that they hire you to fire you.

      Cons

      They play with the careers of employees.. Fire them at any point in time. Management is very biased and pathetic. I have been suffering from this behaviour and pathetic management.

      Pros

      - You will get a lot to learn here. - Permanent WFH policy.

      Cons

      - They don't have many projects. - Can't expect much from promotion and appraisal. - Can fire you anytime if you are on the bench and they don't have any project. - I worked for this company for around 3 years but they were unable to keep me on the bench for 1 month even after 12 days I got a notice that either I can serve a notice period or else I can take immediate release. They can't work with me anymore. My promotion and appraisal were pending for the last 1.8 years and this is what I received in the end.
