It has good Payment, a great site, and some additional bonuses. It has free coffee and monthly snacks bonuses.
Cons
Awful admin attitude. The administrative leader has an attitude like the company is doing a favor by letting you work there. Sometimes looks like the country manager doesn't know what's going on. They say this is not a call center, but all the politics are like a call center. Some team leaders behave like dictators. and have no idea about the products, only inner policies.
