Pros
I spent 10 years in the Navy and was worried it would take me a while to get used to civilian life again, and I felt like I didn't even know where to begin. I was attracted to 405 solutions because they were willing to train in a non seniority based environment where I am awarded for my performance. I also like the structure and control that you can't just get anywhere.
Cons
This company is not for someone who is looking for a steady 8-5, same routine type of job. This is a challenging career path that will reap great rewards with a hard work ethic.
