Extremely poor management style and customer service

internal infrastructure is impressive for size of company willing to invest in new technology if owner feels it is beneficial to him nice office space
Cons
training is lackluster unless you are the owner or his number 2 man customer service is lacking- more interested in the bottom dollar than sustaining the relationship the owner and upper management have no business managing people as they have no business sense the owner is only concerned with educating himself and doing things on his timetable very self-centered communication between management and staff is very poor communication between owner and management was very hit and miss walks a fine line of unethical behavior to gain a competitive advantage over competitors when bidding on projects
