      Pros

      When I first came, I was given good support to get proper on-boarding as an employee. Very entrepreneurial team with groundbreaking ideas and strategies to help students land on affordable housing. The atmosphere is truly friendly and supportive. Free lunch as a part of 1776 space and lot of mentoring and feedback from grassroots' entrepreneurs, techies and experts. The business model is fairly new, yet innovative. So, given time, it will definitely be successful company because of team and mission. Has a lot of potential for growth.

      Cons

      We used to get parking pass, but now it is changed. Hopefully, in the future it will be resolved.

      Pros

      Great team and team leaders. We all help each other and not afraid to make and accept our mistakes. Leaders are understanding and always try to do what is best for their employees. I was allowed to work from home on my maternity leave which was for 2 years and now I am back to t office.

      Paid parking and traffic on the way home ;-)
